Welcome to the next two installments of Paying Attention to Attention, the video-mostly portion of the “John Medina’s Brain Rules” substack. These back-to-back videos detail some of the neurological circuitry undergirding ADHD. The first video uses a train analogy to describe the architecture of the “fronto-striatal-thalamic” loop, a brain circuit involved in ADHD. The second video gets into some of the neurological details of this cellular tongue-twister.
As ever, there are both uncaptioned and captioned (cc) versions of these videos.
